Still pretty green and reduced. A lot of potential yet to be realized from this one.

Beautiful color, the nose is very green though... Very nice texture and not as green on the palate. Nice but a bit disappointed. Hopefully it gets better with age.

Always cuts well above its lowly appellation. Very austere, even for Barthod, but has nice, underripe red fruit, orange peel, and loads of acidity on the finish. Moving into a secondary phase but still ton of life in this.

Apr 25th, 2021Today's lesson is on patience. Over a 24 hour period this showed quite a bit of promise. That's all it showed th0...it was worth opening and checking out and ''twas quite gorgeous where it was but this will reward sitting around for a while. Real chambolle in this bottle, don't be fooled.
