Needs an hour to open up. Lovely nose. Lemon zest. Palate is mineral. Sweet lemon. Lovely bit of richnesss. Just shimmering on the palate. Great texture. The meerest hint of oiliness that makes it stick. Bought from Fass Selections ... as this evolves I’m getting some peach ? Internal aromatics starting to soar. Some lemon pith. Really perfect fruit. Juicy. Man this is great.

When 14 is open and accessible it is glorious. Just stunning. Mineral nose with a framing of oak. Palate is super pure and fresh with terrific thrust and depth. Great acidity. Mouthwatering. Great structure as well which suggests a nice window for aging.
