if this is a harbinger of 2014, I can't wait. Super Chablis. Of course, anything would taste great at Chevre d'Or in Eze.

tasted in France May 2016 and was the first 2014 Chablis I’d had. Knew then that it was a great Chablis vintage and went deep. This wine is still superb, crisp and minerally,, texturally softer, acids well integrated, just delicious.

first tasted this wine in May 2016 at Chèvre d’Or in Eze. Blew me away. Was my first 2014 Chablis. Touted it long and hard to others. Bought lots of it and other 14s. Happy tonight that I did. Still fairly unevolved and not much different from the taste in 2016, it’s tight w iodine and minerals, lean but lithe, super citrus fruits and zest. Really screams Chablis.

Another beautiful 14 Chablis showing lemon, citrus, crushed stone, saline, chalk & white flower with refreshing, racy acids.
