Crushed coral nose with lemon curd and caramel apple. Surprisingly fresh on the palate with good concentration, lots of poise and a throbbing acidity. Buttery finish that lingers and lingers. This reminds me why I love Chablis and french wine in general. An absolutely great value. Beg borrow and steal to get some.

Struck flint, crushed oyster shell, crisp orchard fruits and lemon, sea spray, loads of earth and cheese rind. So vibrant and alive. I could drink this everyday
