Iodine, oyster shell, struck flint and golden orchard fruit, mushrooms and damp earth. Really seamless structure here, holding its weight very well

Developed, tart but nice contrast with toffee notes. Great to see this curve.

Crushed coral nose with lemon curd and caramel apple. Surprisingly fresh on the palate with good concentration, lots of poise and a throbbing acidity. Buttery finish that lingers and lingers. This reminds me why I love Chablis and french wine in general. An absolutely great value. Beg borrow and steal to get some.

This was bomb. Fresh, terroir driven, complex and lengthy, a true wine of place and vintage. So much textural depth and grip as well. Struck flint, crushed oyster shell, crisp orchard fruits and lemon, sea spray, loads of earth and cheese rind. So vibrant and alive. I could drink this everyday

From the fabulous ‘05 vintage, complex and with very good depth and balance, yellow apple, minerals, lemon curd. Lingering finish.

Citrus and tropical fruit. Juicy with great minerality - aging very well.

Killer Chablis. Great to taste with this perfect bottle age. Lemon and honeycomb. Flinty with crisp acidity. Gripy mouthfeel.
