Dark garnet in the glass. Opens with berries galore. Blackberries, plum, cedar and black licorice. I waited a bit on this and the tannins have softened. Glad I did. Has nice balance and a nice earthiness to it.

Delicious!! Still young, but a several-hour decant helped open up notes of cassis, black cherry compote, fig, plum sauce, licorice, clove, nutmeg, cedar, leather, tobacco, and cigar with soft, fine-grained tannins, and a long elegant finish.

Inky black in the glass with loads of blackberries, plums and cigar box cedar . This benefitted from an hour decant. Softened the tannins and gave it some balance. Drinkable now but could easily stand up to a few years in the cellar.

Big chocolate nose at first, opens up to a bit of raspberry too. Light tannins, very little red fruits which is expected.

Around 25 ha of vines, limestone clay and the average age of the vines is 45 years. Dominated by Merlot (65%) with CF and CS (25-10%). Red and black fruit, some flowers and five spices. Very smooth and soft tannins on the pallet, drinking remarkable well for young wine like this! Thumbs up from the queen so happy with this OWC for a bargain.
