Pessac-Léognan Red Bordeaux Blend

Nice deep fruit. Tannins are evolving but certainly still present. Some dirt/gravel, hints of leather and cedar. Nice acidity and length. Better several hours after opening.

This was absolutely mind blowing! Dense purple in the glass, graphite and cedar bouquet, layers and layers of silky smooth sweet tannins and blueberry smoke infused fruit. A stunning plush, expansive masterpiece. Wow.

+1 hour decant(decent chunky/fine sediment). A splendid medium dark ruby red color with bricking. On the nose: Tantalizing perfumed notes of stewed plum/cherry, worn leather, smoke, forest floor, stewed meat, cedar, eucalyptus. Taste: creamy, elegant, with power and depth wine...plum, currants, smokey earth, graphite, saline, dusty crushed gravel, tobacco leaf, and a nice medium plus finish. YUM!!

Youthful when 1st opened that needed some air to develop. This was polished with notes of graphite, cedar, leather, menthol, savory spice & tobacco

Absolute banger in a extraordinary flight

1.5 hour decant (decent chunky/fine/cloudy sediment). An amazing dark purplish ruby red color...still looks young. On the nose: Nice big beautiful aromatics of graphite, currants, forest floor, sweet tobacco, creme brulee, and a little green veggie/barn yard funk. Taste: NICE! A smooth, soft, elegant, vibrant medium plus body wine with cedar, leather, blueberry, earth, smoke, and a crushed gravel-pencil lead_medium plus finish. Could drink this all night, but will probably be gone in the next hour.
