Delicious , tobacco , chocolate, smooth well balanced . Had a t cafe Boulud

2016 vintage. Ripe nose. Dry, velveteen cloaked mouthfeel. Medium-bodied. Lengthy finish. Last visit 10 months ago on 6.21.21. Improved since then.

2016 vintage. Espresso, black olive, cassis and mint in the nose. Big dark cherry exclamation point in the middle of the proceedings. This one needs a solid five years + to properly evaluate...tastes like it’s hiding a deep dark delicious secret to be revealed at the proper time.

Delicious St Emilio from fabulous vintage. So good, I am reluctant to sell the last case I imported. Has a great 10-15 year life ahead. 94 now, I’m on agreement with Jeb, James and Antonio.
Great black cherry, health dose of oak and grip and cherry lozenge. Yum with Bolognese.
