Fantastic deep lemon, guava, fresh vanilla; good depth and moderate acid; fantastic with seafood risotto. Short note, my wife’s bday dinner.

Deep dark concentrated color. Herbal and earthy on the nose. Incredibly high tannins and high acidity. Overpowering oak from start to finish. Wouldn’t buy again.

This is an exotic white blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon, coming from the clay and limestone soils of the Garonne gravel by the Pessac-Léognan Appellation, deemed as the best producing area of dry white wines in the Bordeaux region.
A delicate and almost translucid greenish hue with a powerful and inviting citrus aromas. The Semillon grapes provide a distinctive structure to the uplifting Sauvignon grapes and push the intensity finish on the palate. Interchanges a great taste mix of yellow stone fruits and tropical in the mid-range of the palate. The mouthfeel is beautifully balanced with a subtle salinity on the back end. It pairs phenomenal with raw fish dishes; Sashimi, Sushi, Ceviche and other “Al Crudo” Cuisine.
