Dry. Dusty earth. The added Sangiovese and Merlot to the Sangrantino round this out. Paired well with charcuterie and cheese.

Subtle red fruit aroma. Sweet cherries with Demerara. Tastes juicy and fresh. With hints of green pepper and toast. Mouth-wateringly acidic. Tannins prominent. Smooth but mouth drying. Finish is short. Lots of interest here but for me it is a bit expensive for all that.
