A little reticent at first...took a some time to open up...finished strong
Sep 5th, 20202 hour decant (little cloudy sediment). A captivating deep medium garnet color. On the nose: red fruit, spice, earthy, slight funk. Taste: strawberry, blueberry, cherry all there with little toasty oak, tea, cocoa...low acidity and medium finish.

Jul 21st, 2019Another winner from Mark Aubert, the 2014 UV Vineyard pinot is drinking absolutely perfectly right now. Needs a few minutes in the glass to open up, but then you get aromas of red fruits and spice, medium-to-full bodied, and a lingering finish. Needs to be maintained at or just below cellar temp to maintain its balance, but a really terrific wine nevertheless!
