Love this stuff. Bright beam of citrusy acidity, some savory herb notes, and an intriguing slight crunch in the texture (there's almost certainly a better way to describe this pleasant but not smooth texture). Great now and will age. This is what chard can be when not masked by oak.

I swear that in a blind tasting you would call this Chablis! and this is a 2014! I just wish I had another bottle to age for10 or so years: pure mineral deliciousness!!
