Belated thanks to @Christian Stachel for bringing good cheer to our new building! Next time I promise more appropriate drinking vessels. — 10 years ago
Intriguing nose of white/pink flowers and a mechanic's greasy wrench. Wild fruit bomb finish. Immediate pleasure. The most rambunctious of them all. — 10 years ago
Impeccable balance — 10 years ago
Has evolved into very unctuous ripe, even baked, pineapple and creamy coconut, a little papaya and mango. Still maintains a slatey note but is much more to the mature tropical fruit qualities than I remember from tasting the wine when it was younger. Delicious! — 11 years ago

2010 vintage, Spätlase Trocken. Beautifully balanced, hints of petrol mixed with pineapple brulée. Lingering dry finish. — 10 years ago

Loved this Riesling which had just the right hint of sweet. — 9 years ago
The nose is quite volatile with a heavy dose of paint thinners (as we say in England), crisp green apples, pear drops and earth.
The palette has notes of saline, fresh apples and a nice gentle sweetness. The acid is soft at this point, so I consider this wine to be at its zenith. If you have em, drink them up. — 10 years ago

Hint of Apple, perfect to transition between cheese and dessert. — 11 years ago
Ate w sushi at toro. Sweeter bubbly good for countering the weirdo spicy sushi we had. Probably too heavy for me to finish a full bottle lol
Phillip: "ripe orchard fruit and honey on the nose. Rich, sweet, little melon on the palate. Touch of toast and yeast on the finish w nectary sweetness" — 11 years ago
