Has evolved into very unctuous ripe, even baked, pineapple and creamy coconut, a little papaya and mango. Still maintains a slatey note but is much more to the mature tropical fruit qualities than I remember from tasting the wine when it was younger. Delicious!

Honeyed and slightly oxidised, with funky tropical fruit, cider apple and some minty notes.
