The nose is quite volatile with a heavy dose of paint thinners (as we say in England), crisp green apples, pear drops and earth.

The palette has notes of saline, fresh apples and a nice gentle sweetness. The acid is soft at this point, so I consider this wine to be at its zenith. If you have em, drink them up.
