Great acid and sweetness level; lacking complexity but definitely solid — 6 years ago

The pale golden straw color is appealing, while the nose certainly isn’t scaring anyone away. Clean earth notes define the apple, papaya and lime aromas beautifully. The palate shows off-dry pear, apple and Meyer lemon flavors on a bed of acidity. Finishing long, it’s the earth and citrus that stays around after the sip. The wine’s body makes it a lot more versatile that just “salads and sipping.” Winemaker Markus Niggli recommends you pair it with anything off the grill. — 10 years ago
Day two, sooooo tight. Needs many years. — 11 years ago
What a find. Is it German? Is it French? No, apparently it’s Italian and it’s glorious. This was a 2018 — 5 years ago
Dynamic floraly herbal aromas of green pear, starfruit, lemon, and green herbs. Wonderfully dry and just what I wanted tonight. Tastes like fruity green beans, crushed gravel, a hint of papaya and snap peas. Austrian gem — 7 years ago
Summer. Celebration, too. — 9 years ago
Really nice acid and pretty aromatics. Lots if honey, peach, apricots and cream. Enough acidity to keep it clean. — 11 years ago
Loved it! Don't understand the name, but after the cork was out it was fantastic! — 11 years ago

Breaktime from Xmas shopping with a refreshing lift from the Isarco Valley. Kerner is a personal favorite. With its lilting crisp acidity, white florals, honey, slate, and ripe green apple. Tiny bit of flabbiness which I'll chalk up to a bad vintage but makes up for it with a reasonably long finish. — 9 years ago
