This is the 2018 Melanie Pfister Blanc de Blanc Breit Cremant d’Alsace. Very Champagne-like nose; I’d never be able to identify this as Alsace. Yeasty, slightly nutty-oxidative nose feature chalky appley Chardonnay fruit. Bone dry in the mouth. Tons of stony minerality. 50% Chardonnay 50% Pinot Blanc. — 3 years ago
