Good blend, Wahluke Slope always delivers. Curious to see how this wine will evolve as it breathes. 10/5/18 upped the rating to 90pts, cassis and boysenberry balanced with nice acidity. This is a great blend. — 8 years ago
Trying the 15 vintage. Exciting to see it just as good as the 14. Elegant fruit, subtle hints of vanilla and cassis. And second day holds up great - silky and smooth. Rating affirmed 2/17/18 - chose this for the day my detox ends. Revisiting 9/16/18 - rating affirmed, and actually trending higher. Just a beautiful wine all around. — 9 years ago

Just silly smooth. Almost like a bold Pinot Noir but a little bolder. Finishes clean, slightly sweet at the end. Delicious right out of the bottle. — 11 years ago

Ripe and sweet blackcurrants. Powerful and long. — 9 years ago
Damn, this 2014 vintage is now my favorite WA state Zin, period! Yes, it's hot (16.9%), but Zin is usually hot. This is packed with big, jammy black fruit that eases into sweet leather and peppery notes. This is freaking great!! — 10 years ago

2012 Stone Tree. Very emblematic of a good Malbec. Big full mouth, time to still evolve without wanting. — 7 years ago
