Tasty, but too young. Still a bit disjointed and the oak stuck out. Not really knocking it, as I knew I shouldn't be touching a 2010 yet. Hope to try it again in a few years. That being said, I do think the gevrey VV is a step above. — 8 years ago

Excellent Italian white from Piedmont. Fresh pineapple and lime up front with a clean mineral finish — 10 years ago
I did not get to taste this but my brother and meadows got to. This is part of a series of wines i have had the honor of drinking and were shared with my family, they have ended up on the mantle piece. Many more are missing but i wanted to create an archive... This is not being posted to make anyone jealous. I'm just part of a wine family and of course many friends share some precious gems with us. — 11 years ago

Great bottle showing its age well. Preserved lemon, ripe melon, marshmallow, apple blossoms, hazelnut, damp earth, oyster shell, minerals, tea leaf. There's a caramelized honey element to the wine. Acidity is still fresh and vibrant. Great example of Muscadet with age. Similar aromas and flavors of aged chablis/BdB Champagne — 9 years ago
Bought this on a trip to Napa. Had not heard of the vineyard previous to our visit, but was impressed at our tasting. Really nice ripe round fruit, balanced body. Not inexpensive, but a worthy spurge — 9 years ago
Great drinking wine for summer. Nice and light with a crisp finish - excellent dry rose. #thesecretwineclub #loirevalley — 10 years ago

Thanks Gianpaolo for a new discovery & dear friends @1760sf @angrysomm @scoldilocks — 11 years ago
Boom! Sweet but not in a way that makes it sickly. Very berry and smooth 🤤 — 8 years ago
Big cab franc. Showing big fruit with enough herbaceousness to balance it out. May take a couple years to bloom but drinks great now — 8 years ago
Light yellow, acidic with a mild pepper finish. Good with fontina, toma, or a creamy goat cheese with pesto (especially the latter) on a warm summer day. — 9 years ago
Quite sweet, but not syrupy. A great dessert pairing with berries, but still enough effervescence to cut through dense fatty chocolate or other rich desserts. Dessert in a glass for me! — 9 years ago
In a great place right now. Bitter chocolate, dark cherry, a little tarry. Best window is probably in next few years — 10 years ago
Lovely. From Lorenzo's home region. With Adrienne & Mike. — 11 years ago
Wow. A dusty primitive with Riesling like fruit acid. Tons of pairing potential. — 12 years ago

This had a rustic and savage style with a nose of brambly & racy fruits of black cherry, raspberry & a perfume of deep mineral, graphite, violets and baking spices. — 8 years ago
