I still remember the very 1st Champagne visit I had 12yrs ago with Pierre, it's so great to come full circle. This is rich, but balanced, a great apple tarte tartin quality to it when opened, so showed development, but being VV it's understandable. After being open for an hour everything came alive, white florals, beautiful minerality. Outstanding wine.

Complex and full of cheese rind, toast, and a fascinating range of orchard fruit notes. Underripe to bruised to slightly dried. Plus all of the herbal and straw aromas. Beautiful.
