Agree with @Lyle Fass ‘s review the nose is something special. Enticing. Medicinal/iodine, foliage, leather. Palate needs time, still just a bit primary at the moment with a touch of heat. Resolved after 6-7 hrs. Lovely wine and just the thing with a lasagna on a cooler summer night. — 2 years ago

Very close to my idea of a desert island wine. At 13% it has more smooth edges but that lovely thread of acidity common to its more expensive & jagged Vallana cousins. Dark red fruits, violets, tree bark. Juicy too, the tannins are pretty integrated. Skurnik importer. — 5 years ago

Old-school Italian wine that is perfect for pizza. Somewhat thin and alcoholic but typical of wines served in Italian restaurants in Brooklyn when I was small. Flavorful and a perfect match to the marinara sauce of New York Patsy’s Pizzeria or Joe & Pat’s. — 9 months ago
Excellent bubbly from our wine club, totally would buy and drink again. — 3 years ago

Cherry and blackberry notes, medium bodied, and lots of flavour. Served better slightly chill and let it breathe a bit. — 4 years ago
A bit of funk, ligh bodied, but more depth than just juice. A good freshness, and energetic. Lovely — 4 years ago
Wine perfection. Cranberry and licorice flavors, powerful licorice nose. Underrated on Vivino. Perfect with steak or lamb. — 5 years ago

This isn’t the wine - Argentinian Cabernet Franc from 1 acre producing only 300 bottles! Drinkable yet complex - smoky tobacco leather and red berry red currant freshness cutting through. Best on day 2. — 7 months ago
