One bourbon, one scotch and one beer. Therefore, wine doesn't go long. — 5 years ago
One of the smoothest, most flavorful whiskies I have tried. — 5 years ago
Bold!! Great bottle of a unique and memorable wine. The bourbon barrel aging provided a layer of sweet smooth hints of spirits. Very enjoyable. — 6 years ago
Smooth, nice aroma like the cab version. Citrus flavored. — 7 years ago
Incredibly delicious. Dry, full bodied. The guy at Bev Mo recommended it and explained that this is the best bourbon-barrel aged—they did it for just the right amount of time. Sounds weird, but so glad I tried it. — 8 years ago
Very good. Paired with bolognese ragu over penne pasta and Parmesan cheese... home run. — 8 years ago
This was a really nice cab. Paired well with chili. Bold flavor, yet smooth. Cherries, strawberries, and a bite of citrus at the end. Dark plum color. I would absolutely buy again, would go fabulous with a steak. — 4 years ago
Really nice for the price. Some complexity. Signature Pinot barny/wet hey fruit forward. Pretty good for $14. — 5 years ago
Great sipping wine. Don’t need to have a meal to enjoy this wine. Very smooth and highly recommended. — 6 years ago
Ridiculously smooth. The charred vanilla flavor is as advertised. Legs for days. Great wine! — 7 years ago
Toasted notes of caramel and space are intermingled with deep dark fruit flavors. — 7 years ago
Interesting profile: dried cherries, granny smith, cedar box, with a hint of a big red wine (AUS Shiraz, etc.). Not a lot of carbonation, would have liked to have opened a bottle a year ago to see what role aging has played (bottled 1/16/15). — 8 years ago
Uncomparable to anything I've drank before. Very savory and saline. Almost like drinking sea water. Acidity is medium. Not much on the citrus side but there are some almond notes. Interesting. — 8 years ago
Hells yeah! — 4 years ago
Delicious! Cherry / chocolate — 5 years ago
Color of decent ruby, quite clear. Nose of youth, sour cherry, some berries, barrel chips or cedar, spice, medicinal syrup, more fire wood note, and strength of alcohol. Taste follows the nose, oaky comes first, tannins second, subtle refined sweetness from fruits comes last. Aftertaste is pretty decent with more firewood note. Pretty good. — 6 years ago
A little sweet at first, but finishes quite nicely. Nice price point for the quality. — 7 years ago
Really enjoyed this as an evening sipper by itself. Subtle notes of the bourbon barrel, fairly well balanced. Would get again, especially for price. — 8 years ago

Smooth. Let it breathe, sweet, nice aroma, vanilla, black cherry, like bourbon barrel aged, similar to copper & thief red blend. Good by itself, good with cheese and dried cranberries. — 2 years ago
