Smooth, light for red, Amy likes for red, tingly finish

Super duper dark and legs for days. Opaque, eggplant-y red and smells like vibrant dark fruit. Currant, cherry, vanilla, spice and oak. Starts mellow and fruit heavy and then ends in a spicy, tannic feel that's not quite rounded but very, very good.

Nice vanilla aroma, good with provolone and salami. Tart but not sour, no bite, no burn. Good by itself. Next time try with steak
