Had this wine at another tasting and it's such an exceptional value as a champagne alternative. Pale straw yellow, rapid flow of tiny bubbles with fruit aromas and citrus notes. A blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada grown in limestone and clay, and spends 24 months on its lees before disgorgement.
