A blend of Straight Bourbon, Corn π½ Whiskey, Straight rye and a plush of 15 YO Olorosso Sherry. All the whiskies are at least 4 YO. Unique and flavorful. β 6 years ago
Color of concentrated black tea, a bit copper tone. Nose of crayon, alcohol spice, fermented grains, and strength of alcohol. Taste is amazingly smooth, with chocolate, sweet baked apple, sherry , and mineral note, silky, and a bit gasoline note, I have no clue how you make a 100 proof this smooth. β 7 years ago
Great whiskey. Beer barrel adds a nice smoothness. β 9 years ago

Mistook it for a scotch when I tasted it blind. My birthday shot is impressively different. I feel like if I knew it was an Irish whisky, my rating would have been lower. There's a sweetness to it and I appreciate every bit. β 10 years ago
