Day 2 and this riserva Cabernet is doing quite well. Chocolate nibs and black plums, grilled hamburger, mint and thyme, white pepper, cedar and smoke. Tastes of black cherry, dried blackberry, charred blueberry and graphite dust informing the grainy tannins. Cedar and cigar interplay, black currant reduction, ending with a long cinnamon stick.
