2009 - Wow.... Just when Cali wines were starting to bore me, this came along with a crazy long finish. Can't imagine a better chard than this. Full bodied and well integrated oak with a little vanilla. Great honeysuckle and fruit. The acidity is at a perfect place; creates structure, but isn't searing. Wonderful. Ready to drink now, but no rush. — 11 years ago

The 2015, the other half of the night's comparison. Less subtle, more floral. Jasmine, rose petal, honey. All powerful, but all a bit separate and distinct. I think this could lie down for a good while. Will be pleased to try another bottle in a few years. — 9 years ago
