Checking in on this one. Purchased a case for the restaurant 2 years ago and it wasn't ready. Now it's beautifully subtle, quiet and peaceful as the place it comes from. I want to sleep naked in a bed with sheets that have the same texture as this wine. — 8 years ago

Like this wine but doesn’t have the power that some of his other wines have pencil lead iron cherry fruit - liked it from an aromatic standpoint more than flavor and finish — 7 years ago

Strawberry, raspberry, tar, coffee and sour cherry. Smooth and light mouth feel. Great value I expect it to be in my collection of go-tos. — 10 years ago
Youthful and vibrant. Fresh black currant, mint, gravelly earthy notes, quite Margaux/Graves like. Smoky cedar, tobacco and dust. Medium bodied, with grainy tannin, good vibrant acid. Quite elegant for Chile! — 10 years ago

Yes, Sauvignon Blanc in Burgundy! In fact, the St Bris appellation was previously called 'Sauvignon de Saint-Bris' (before 2003). And you can ONLY use SB or Sauv Gris fruit, + max 12.8% ABV. Love the terroir and plan to show it blind just to mess with my Sancerre obsessed friends. — 10 years ago
