Good weight, density, tension, it's a very gastronomic wine.

Love every wine of theirs I've had, and this one is no exception.

Sherry grape and Muscat. Odd blend but works remarkably well. Floral notes from Muscat and balanced acidity

Sherry grape and Moscatel blend. Very floral and aromatic. Really interesting balance between oxidized notes and floral wine

Anise on the front which calms down to sage as it opens. Palate is mineraly and wild honey, but dry nice acidity medium body. Extremely nerdy but so good.

Terroir al Limit does it again. Again, I'm excited about Priorat.... skin ferment gives it some awesome texture and grip; the nose is lemony and herbaceous. I've never had Pedro ximenez quite like this, and I want more!
