A new fave! Delicious wine for a great price. Light funk on the nose, but bright mélange of apple and peach. Lafon négociant label. Great recommendation for chard haters. — 10 months ago
37.99 Distinct Chardonnay, but not too creamy. Very nice. 7/9/21 — 3 years ago
Lovely! Lemon zest, light minerals. Really enjoyed this just to sip and with coq au vin dinner. Would drink again — 4 years ago

Truly my kind of white. Oily, dry and with a character of its own. Equally suitable w/ & w/o food: Try it w/ monkfish! 2 years celebration, 15/3-2018 — 6 years ago
Quality drinking. Not sure the price but if it's less then $40 this is a massivr bargain. Mineral - soft lemon citrus notes. Balanced acidity - long lingering finish. Refreshing and very good. Cellar potential up to 10 years max. — 9 years ago

Another excellent bottle, a little more mineral and acid than the Aux-D, less crisp and clean but also more buttery than the Mersault / Monthelie — 3 years ago

Steely, crisp, medium bodied, a bit tart and dry. Good pairing with creamy pasta, pizza, fish stew. — 6 years ago
Beautiful deep purple color. Plush aromas of sour cherries, plum and kirsch with just a whiff of alcohol pushing through. Juicy and vibrant on the palate with fresh acidity and fine tannins. Flavors of cherry and blackberries lead to vibrant, focused acidity. The finish is lead by notes of blueberry and kirsch followed by graphite and a floral note that lingers for 30 seconds or more. Delicious! — 8 years ago
Light, well balanced, slight pear notes on the nose. — 10 years ago
Never really had a better white from Spain! — 11 years ago
Always a classic. Still a (relative) value. Balance, structure, texture, tension, integration and length. Just great winemaking. Benchmark Chard. — 9 months ago
I’ve been on a QPR kick lately with this $11 Costco #valledeuco #malbec. Expected bramble fruit, leather notes on the nose but the fresh acidity, balance and restraint on the palate are much appreciated. — 3 years ago
Are you kidding me for $24?!? Excellent QPR.

2012, Clos des Vignes du Maynes,,, Macon Cruzille, Manganite, Gamay. Tart red fruit, spice, acid and a slight amount of CO2. Clean and refreshing expression of Gamay. Good wine from one of my favorite producers. — 8 years ago

2012, Clos Des Vignes Du Maynes, Cuvée 910, Macon-Cruzille, field blend of Gamay, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Very light with fresh red fruit balanced by spice and herbal undertones. This is one of my favorites, good as an apertif and pairs well with a variety of dishes. — 10 years ago

So good and worked so well with Korean barbecue consisting of black cod, portobello, and poor quality steak with a lot of fat, tendon, and salt. — 6 months ago
