Orange color going towards coppery due to its extended maceration of the must on the skins. Attractive complex nose of vanilla, apricots, honeysuckle, ta leaves, ripe melon and white flower honey. Once developped in the glass buttery and roasted nuts notes make their way out, some alcohol level is noticeable (14.5%) but is very well integrated in the twisted trip.
This is what Pinot Grigio should be at all times knowing that I've never been a fan of this variety. — 11 years ago
