Waxy, strawberries, litchi, licorice, stony minerals, almost salty, this has punch and width, and provides an amazing texture on the length, complex and mineral-lazed finish. Gorgeous and for me one of the top examples of this variety made in the New a World. A.A. Badenhorst feeling! — 10 years ago
Very smooth. No bitter after taste. — 11 years ago
Incomparable Riesling! Very oily and mineral. Nose is dominated by stony complexity: wet rocks, moss, white tea, straw, wool and jasmin. Discrete fruit associations in the back: peach kernel and red apple peel. Hints of petrol. Salty palate, very mineral and stony too, wonderful concentration and focus. Lots of tension and persistence in the impressive finish, which caries its alcoholic content (14%) well. Oh, and its completely dry! It rocks, big time. — 10 years ago
Picked for rosé. Pressed and fermented white. Small amount of Cab added at the end for color. Tons of acid. Very refreshing. — 10 years ago
This Etna rosso is quite nice, stony, so much volcano mineral ash! — 11 years ago

Decant, Decant, Decant. Dark red fruits, white pepper and floral notes are expressive and detailed. It's dense and substantial, with pretty floral, herbal and earthy aromas and stony, smoky, olive flavors. Good to the last drop. — 9 years ago
A gorgeous red blend. — 10 years ago
Salmon, orange in color. Citrus, watermelon rind, and stony minerality with some good acidity and a lingering finish. Sinskey is a perennial Rose favorite, and for good reason. Well made and enjoyable. — 10 years ago
Superb red vine, one of the best — 12 years ago
