Beautiful crisp Sauvignon blanc, vibrant, pineapple, citrus, celery leaf, a little steely on the finish, lip smacking

Boulay, a great chavignol producer, not a mineral or as tightly bound as either Cotat, but delicious.

Baller Sancerre. Grapefruit dripped over wet stones. Lively yet balanced.

Rather inscrutable upon opening but showed some Sancerre character with a few hours of air. Nonetheless was expecting more depth and complexity given the producer and vineyard site. Perhaps shutdown or mildly corked?

There just wasn't much to this wine other than some mineral quality. The fruit was in hiding.

A bit restrained compared to its usual effusiveness. Lemon meringue. Bracing acid

Salinity, persistent acidity, and elegant. Does Sancerre get much better?
