It’s rosé season in spirit in Chicago. This is a great one. Nice balance of the acid you expect with lush fruit off the old Mourvèdre vines. Wish I had more bottles for actual warm weather. — 8 years ago

This is one of the most purely delicious spirits I've tasted in quite some time. Bourbon-like vanilla and cherry aromas, prevalent chocolate in the middle and roasted corn at the end. Alcoholic, but smooth on the palate w/ more of that bourbon corn and butterscotch. Very cool product!! Hope to see its return! — 10 years ago

Aromatically the spirit is a little strong, but nice ripe fruit on palate, good balance and depth, shows just a bit of heat into the medium-long finish, sweetness really coming out as wine opens up (5 hour decant), and this one keeps getting better!! — 5 years ago
