Text book Pinot Noir if I may say. Slight touch of oak, a little fruit and a tiny bit of grip. Buy buy buy. Again again again. Thank you @Noah Chilton — 8 years ago
Wow, that's what a Napa Cabernet Sauvignon should taste like?? Delighted to be given such an incredible drop thanks to @Noah Chilton. Big berry nose, well balanced oak, a touch of tobacco, crisp apple skins and good tannins that linger nicely. Perfect food wine paired with a roasted tomato and zucchini pasta. A "real crowd pleaser" ;) — 8 years ago

Cocktail hour at Christie's hosted by the Friends of Notre Dame in the effort to help raise money for the cathedral's restoration. The wines were artfully curated by @Noah May.
Second up was this delicious and supple white burgundy. Pears and apple blossom combine in this texturally elegant wine. The finish is adequate if a little stilted. It should be noted that when I had this wine with an elegantly crafted canapé, both exploded with taste. Next time it will be a whole bottle with a full meal! — 7 years ago
Delicious!!! Would recommend with food - roast lamb with tzatziki on the side would be ideal. Medium to full bodied with good upfront inky fruit ;) @Noah Chilton — 8 years ago
Wonderfully unique and funky wine with that intangible Italian style. Wild yeasts, black fruits, black tea, & leather aromas/ flavors. Perfectly balanced, great length, really savory. This benefits even further with food. — 8 years ago
I’m loving this. Yeah QPR isn’t great but I didn’t buy it so that’s irrelevant. This is a pretty bottle of wine. Will defer to @Noah Raizman & @Joe Tucker if this counts as fake or real burgundy. — 6 years ago
Banshee Wines was founded by 3 friends Noah Dorrance, Baron Ziegler, and Steve Graf who shared a lifelong dream of owning their own winery. Their first vintage of Pinot Noir, produced in 2009 was sold out in 3 months. Deep color with red berry fruit aromas and notes of sweet floral scents. On the palate ripe red plum, currant and cherry flavors with complex spice. Smooth tannins balanced well with vivid acidity, lingering ending with a mineral character. Nice value. Not too oakey. Nice for a hot day. — 7 years ago
linna likes it. the first bottle of wine for New Year's Eve 2017 to 2018. Mindy says it's delicious. Noah likes it as well. — 7 years ago
Valtellina tasting run by Seattle treasure, Noah Oldham. This wine suffered for its context (4 ArPePe greats), but on its own, it's delicious. A little hot compared to other Valtellina Nebbiolo. But soured and mossy. — 8 years ago
1 of the wines in my class tonight 😋 — 8 years ago
Fantastically oxidated. Nutty, fresh, everything one would want from an anfora aged wine. 2013 vintage. — 9 years ago

Probably the best croatina I’ve ever had! Okay, prob the only one I’ve ever had. Another Lou classic, earthy, funky, tart cherries, beautiful ruby color and barnyard nose. — 5 years ago
