Fantastic Bordeaux blend. Is fruit forward with dark cherries, some jam qualities, vanilla on the finish but nice tannins and acidity to keep it very interesting. — 7 years ago
Good wine! Not too sweet, not too dry. Pretty good. Not my favorite wine ever, but a nice, cheap and enjoyable wine! — 8 years ago
Tasty and subtle. Not too sweet, not too dry. — 8 years ago
A tad mossy with a hint of oak. Feels like a velvet room within a cave on feathers. Definitely would recommend. — 8 years ago
Excellent. — 9 years ago
My first Idaho wine and I have to say, this is good. Really good. Nicely perfumed nose of violets, black fruit and white pepper. Smooth and soft flavors of blackberry, ripe plum and black pepper. Only downside is the 14.8% alcohol gives a bit of heat on the finish. — 9 years ago
Smooth fruit forward. — 10 years ago
Really great with pasta with red sauce! Great value! Dry, fruity, hints of leather. — 10 years ago
Very nice yellow amber color. Smell of peaches and some grapefruit. Taste is well balanced with sweet and flavors with grapefruit notes — 11 years ago
These are just starting to loosen up. Whether its the mountain fruit, the vintage, TRBs direction or all 3 with this wine they've taken a number of years to show much. Good with a 2 hr decant and improving for several more years. — 7 years ago
A mild cab sav, somewhat fruity. — 7 years ago
Wow Sancerre style - very small winery - great opportunity to find this here in CA. Tropical nose, honeysuckle, white peach. Amazing minerality. More please... — 8 years ago
Super lovely. Black currant and a bit of dill, super velvety. Idaho? — 8 years ago
Winner winner. Great stuff! Hint of caramel. Mellow hops. Nothing bitter at the finish. — 8 years ago
Super sweet but delicious — 8 years ago

Fruity, crisp and light. Like sitting next to a pear tree on a breezy spring afternoon. — 9 years ago
2012 Sawtooth Syrah, Snake River Valley, #Idahowine @sawtoothwinery this is a big, smoky Syrah and a bit more meaty than previous vintages. Aromas of smoke, blueberry and dark plum laced with espresso and toasted almond. Firm tannins and a vvety texture. Probably could benefit from 6 more months bottle age. #wine #sommelier #syrah #idaho #sawtooth — 10 years ago
So good with everything. — 10 years ago
Tasty Idaho wine with a little help from Washington. Cab, merlot and syrah blend and a great value. — 7 years ago
Really well balanced and fun to pick apart. Also fun to drink. — 7 years ago
Delamonte is a sister house to Salon. This 07 has little or no Salon grapes as Salon surprisingly did make an 07 vintage champagne. In a difficult Salon vintage, Salon grapes can make it into the Delamonte. Bruised apple cider, green apple, overripe Bosc pear, pineapple rhine, citrus blend(tangerine dominated), butterscotch candy, toffee, citrus blossoms, brioche, bright acidity & wet sandy chalk/minerals and a long, long, long finish. It's 9.1 but seriously pushing 9.2. — 8 years ago
Thomas Rivers Brown...great bottle for challenging vintage. Needs lots of air and more time. — 8 years ago
Yummy! Vanilla and blackberry...a wonderful Texas wine! — 8 years ago
Bright and clean nose with notes of green apple, chalk and stone. Complex and dry on the palate but with a lingering not note of fruitiness. Flavors of pear, peach and slate and laced with a lingering chalkiness that continues through the finish. — 9 years ago
A little throw back Charleston Wine Festival circa 2014 with my bestie Brooke! — 9 years ago
Its a little sweet but a nice balance for someone (like myself) new to the world of red wine. — 10 years ago
The best (sweet) white wine produce in the whole freakin state of Texas! — 10 years ago
Smooth with a hint of spice. Yum. — 11 years ago
