This is fantastic. I feel like this is what all these orange winemakers aspire to taste like. I get great fresh apple then a huge hit of funky barnyard with a nice and tart finish. Nothing like a US cider. — 9 years ago

This and DuPont should be the benchmark for new American cider makers- cloudy, funky, hay, damp, must, cheese, fruit, tart. They pour this natural style all over Spain for a couple euros a glass. It's incredible. — 10 years ago
