Truly an amazing wine. Pear, with hints of vanilla and the scent of a cool shade tree on summer day. Very smooth to drink with amazing tannins and a subtle but sweet chewiness that goes amazing with chocolate — 10 years ago
Lovely! Not too sweet, not too bubbly! Beautiful shade of pink! — 10 years ago
More color than in the Sonoma Coast offering shows immediately, a deeper and darker shade than the Sonoma Coast bottling. The nose is a little more savory, too, with more tea notes but still offering a basket full of bright fruit. The palate shows darker, but it does not go near what we might call “bold.” It is deeper and richer, again with food-friendly acidity to die for. 8 months oak 25% new.

Very refreshing on a very, very hot day. Sitting in the shade now at the Marina. — 10 years ago
I've done a Spanish Cava and Jazz night before but Jazz and Shiraz was new for me. And it was absolutely perfect on a chilly Perth evening at @tartscafe with a beaut bottle like this.
Deep seductively sexy shade of red in the glass (good one @towardmusic). Rich aromas of warm sweet berries and is just plain intoxicating on the nose. It caresses the palate with alluring tannins and flavours of mulberries, chocolate and a nice black pepper & berry zing which carries on well into the night. $42 a bottle at Tarts and it's also organic & vegan. All opinions are based on my own taste buds. #wine #tcweekdaywine #shiraz #perth #jazz #battleofbosworth — 10 years ago
The colour of this was intense!! An epic shade of yellow I have now experienced. The wine itself lived up to the hype. — 9 years ago
From a good friend, has become one I look forward to sipping. It is smooth as a cold creek rock in the shade. — 10 years ago
Full name is the Trousseau Marne Rouge Reserve du Caveau Cuvee des Geologues in case that matters.... but it's a super-pretty Trousseau. Not like those funky poulsards from the Jura, this is really about fresh, just-crushed fruit even though its gentle concentration makes it spritely and thirst-quenching. It's clean and vibrant - no funk here, though it does have just a shade if cedary oak. — 10 years ago
A hair shade light in the glass but very agreeable balance of constituent notes. Drink now. — 10 years ago
Not quite it's normal wow I think this bottle a shade off. — 10 years ago

Third out of the three year blind vertical after the blind Burgundy night. Deep garnet red but a shade or two lighter than the 2002 and 2006. Lots of rustic, earthy and vegetal notes on the nose. Vegetal such as bell peppers. Moderate tannins (6/10) and medium bodied. Lots of greenery, some bark and definitely a rustic edge. Long and lingering finish, that is quite dry. Drink till 2025. — 10 years ago
Fantastic nose. Honeysuckle and rich ripe apple. Quite a bit of slate which blends well. Wonderful mildly ripe Bosch pear on the quaff. Finish falls a shade short. Punches at the right price point. — 10 years ago
So good I could chug it. Great wine trolley purchase. — 10 years ago
Smells like dank nug. Kiwi and melon on palate. Medium plus body and acidity. A shade of wool. — 10 years ago
Give this baby a decant. — 10 years ago
The most beautiful shade of pink I have ever seen. Smells of everything summer. Juicy plums, cherries. Dry and a fine bead of tannins cap off a very enjoyable experience. Best rose I have ever had. — 11 years ago

A great representation of a well made Pinot Noir from Sonoma. Linear and full, polished like a marble beam, balanced with good structure and the right balance of acidity and fruit, but the savory and shade of herbs hold court most.
