Classic oily petrol plastic Riesling, but with a crispness and some minerality — 6 years ago
Perfect wine for this breezy day (hurricane lane) in oahu. — 7 years ago
Intense, white pepper, creamed corn, wet stones, pear and green apple. From 70 year old vines. Superb, long finish. — 7 years ago
Sehr ausgewogen, leicht spritzig, hinten angenehm breit. Leichter Marillen/Pfirsich Geschmack, nichtbso vordergründig wie beim Grub — 8 years ago
Excellent Gerwürztraminer. — 8 years ago
Delicious, old Riesling with to die for raisin and honey aromas. Like drinking liquid gold - a truly wonderful aged white wine — 9 years ago
Caramelized honey (?!) on white grapefruit - the latter astringency giving structure. Would be curious to revisit this 2006 vintage in five years — 10 years ago
Paired with a nice Indian meal. Off dry complemented the heat and spice. — 4 years ago
This 2016 Riesling wine is made from late-harvested grapes, so it is sweet. However, it is sweet in a different way than a dessert wine is sweet. There is no layered sugar, no raisiny note. I get the sweetness of the grapes, and the minerals which accompany them. Stone fruit is apparent, as is the smell of a wet driveway, a whiff of ozone and the faint petrol notes that begin to show in Rieslings over time. This may be one of the best examples of the grape that I have had. — 5 years ago

13 years old and so damn fresh. Perfect with Cajun rubbed, deep fried turkey! — 8 years ago
Nice acidity and minerality... apple blossoms with some green twigginess. — 9 years ago
2014. Delicious lime, pink lady apple and elderflower fruit on the nose. Palate is concentrated, complex and rich with beautifully balanced fruit, sweetness and crisp acidity. Sublime & pure expression of Rheingau. — 9 years ago
I prefer the '94 but still such a solid wine. — 10 years ago
Tuesday the 26th of January was Australia Day and a public holiday. What better way to celebrate than Australia’s best fizz Arras Grand Vintage from Tasmania. Quite light lemon in colour. Very citrussy and mineral on the nose. 7 years on Lees showing in the complexity of the palate which still shows tension and refreshment. See previous notes for the 2007 which was slightly better and Champion Wine of the Royal Brisbane Show. — 4 years ago
Exceptional a real pleasure for the nose and the palate, an angel delight of green grapes with a coat of pollen — 7 years ago
— 8 years ago
Saturated gold with orange notes; ripe pear, papaya, pineapple, cinnamon and cardamom, honey, v trace rubber and slight oxidation; unctuous and perfectly balanced med sweet, tingly acid, integrated alcohol to back it up (11.5%). Perched between young and old, bright and contemplative. — 8 years ago
Taste like #pantsuits #rieslinghumor — 9 years ago

Light yellow colour, beautiful nose of slate, pineapple, apple, palate sweet and again very fruity with a good acidity, very intense and a long finish, typical but a very good made semisweet mosel Riesling — 3 years ago
