I'm chalking my last review to bottle variation. This is so good, brilliant. Nutty layered nose with a hint of honeysuckle and white peach. Soft silky yet taunt and vibrant. Tinge of freshness that leads to a biscuit and fig finish. Nice! — 9 years ago

Whoa....not pinot like I've gotten used to....I enjoyed this wine but it was hot, hot and hot on the nose. If those are cherries they are black like Darth Vader and the size of grapefruits. Juicy, delicious midpalate, finished with a white pepperish spice...pinot on steroids. 14.7alc. Explains the partly cloudy morning after. From wnry. — 7 years ago

From the cellar. Big bold beefy Syrah, iodine, dark fruit just big and lingering in the mouth. Morgan (aka rain man) makes a mean Syrah but this shows they need some bottle age. Beautiful. Too bad he doesn't make this anymore. — 9 years ago
