Girls fancy dinner at rpm. Really freaking good! — 6 years ago
Sturdy amounts of green bell pepper and herbaceous earth. Honest minerals jostle past the black fruit, and tenacious amounts of iron share time with sandalwood and fresh flowers. I respect this wine's ability to keep new world fruit tart and balanced with minerality. Another solid QPR. Thanks @Riccardo L. for the helpful on-point review. Nailed it. — 9 years ago

Not something I would want as a sipping wine, but very nice with food. Enjoyed it with a pasta dish with a lot of tomato and cream. — 6 years ago

I'd say this turned out pretty well @Riccardo Campinoti... — 10 years ago
A perfect reminder that the point of wine is to bring us together. Thank you to the ever gracious @Leslie Hartley-Sbrocco for hosting, and Riccardo Illy for providing the delicious reason to do so. — 11 years ago
“Brought” this to the Crew Classé virtual tasting with Antinori’s Renzo Cotarella. So enjoyable to drink this with the wine maker and see inside his thoughts.. in 2020 this is a vibrant gold bombshell from the heavier oaked era. The fullness , density and kind persistence allow it to pare with a wide range of snacks and meals but especially good with brunch grazing — 6 years ago

Vintage 2011 | Interesting wine from Tarn, an area small as a stamp. 60% Merlot, 20% Syrah ánd 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Oenologue Riccardo Cotarella. Great balance, tobacco, ripe cherries, chocolate and a mint impression. — 6 years ago
