Blends reign supreme. Really enjoyed this. — 8 years ago
Lots of tropical fruit, some diesel, and a bit of butteryness. Plenty of acid yo reign it in. — 8 years ago
Serve this one on the cool side to reign it in. Great with pasta with veal ragu last night. — 9 years ago
And orange shall reign supreme. So says the orange man. Very solid orange wine. Not as big and complex as others. Lighter, crispy, not as orange as I'd want it either. Like just barely there on the color scale. Great on a hot day! — 9 years ago
Remains one of the most extraordinary Pinot Noirs for the money. Perhaps not as flinty and ashy as the 07, but earthiness and minerality and just a hint of fruit still reign. — 11 years ago
Golden in color. The palate is just perfectly reminiscent of lychee with ample helpings of perfume. When done right, Gewürztraminer, with its tropical and spiced notes, can reign in as unique a flavor as Sauvignon Blanc and botrytized wines do. Some RS. — 8 years ago
Much darker then anticipated, very inky and almost black. Crushed violets and blue fruit reign supreme. Incredibly fresh and tart blueberries and moist black potting soil are all over the palate. This Lacrima is very soft, and even by itself is very drinkable. Aromatic and long, it is quite enjoyable. — 8 years ago
Says in the bible: dark cometh and the yeast shall reign! Who knew it be in time for Oktoberfest? Honey bread!! Indian gum, spearmint, admittedly pretzel, but this one is crisp, and the raw yeast keeps it unique. Streaky lacing that would make Barnett Newman proud! Yeast coated granite, leads to dried potato skin, white pine, balsa, and a cedar-dry finish that borders on polystyrene, albeit with a breadfruit herbaceous characteristic, great fest beer! — 9 years ago
This is a fantastic $10 bottle of wine. Our wine tastes have been seeing us venture well into $20 bottles for an average night. Reign it in and buy this. It's big and the spice lingers. Sweetness is up front and dissipates quickly to not longer on the tongue. There is a unique bitterness that I like. — 9 years ago

GW tasting 9/28/16. Like the 2012 but with a bit more earthiness and minerals. Less peppery and red fruits on nose. Currants on palate. Finish complex. Fine tannins. Balance with acid. Freshness and fineness again reign. — 8 years ago
Maceration gives it a grip, but fruit and acid reign. Yum. — 8 years ago
On point the more delicate side of Nebbiolo, the end of Cristiano's reign here...he is the man can't wait to see what he does next! — 8 years ago
"B.Y.O.B.; Giving Somms free reign to flex, and plenty of budget to BALL"!

(BTW, paired beautifully with garlic butter clams, and Dungeness crab.) — 9 years ago
Still a little closed, but heavy on the nose with black pepper and fresh cherries, with hints of floral and savory. Cranberries and cherries reign on the palate with great acidity and umami throughout. Hints of cocoa on the backend and a finish that goes. Could use some time, but still enjoyable! From a demi-bottle. — 9 years ago
Perfect champagne to reign in 2015! — 9 years ago

Damn. What a way to reign in the new year. Intense notes of mint on the front end of this. Really special wine. — 7 years ago
