Côtillon des Dames Jacquère

Aromatic as anything I've ever come across. 11% alc and ripping acidity. 3 weeks skin contact 50% Altesse 50% Jacquere from 600-900 meters elevation in Savoie. No SO2 this stuff is crazy.

Skin fermented. Lacking acid but so aromatic and plenty of grip.

50/50 jacquere/altesse no so2. Holding up quite well 5 years later. Just a hint of cider. Lots of aromatics. Rich with acid.

Maceration gives it a grip, but fruit and acid reign. Yum.
