Lovely balanced cab from one of my favorite vineyards. It used to be my daily drinker until Beringer doubled the price. Got this one at Costco for $14 and it drinks like a classic $30 Napa Cab. I loved this Washington cab. It pours a dark rust red. The fruit is full with cherries and raspberries. The finish is short and not notable. But besides that I thought it was outstanding. This is beyond just a daily drinker. It accompanied the prime New York steak we had with it very well. On sale at Pavilions it was a steal for $10. — 5 years ago

Deep Ruby with aromas of dark fruits and some herb notes, mostly Cab Sauv with small amounts of Merlot, Cab Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec, aged 16 months in 44% new French oak. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry with sweet spice, cedar and notes of cacao. A consistent wine and a good value. Medium+ finish, fine tannins, well balanced ending with fruit , toasty oak and herb tobacco spice. — 3 years ago
