It's good but I prefer a bolder cab. Would likely go well with a chocolate dessert.

Mild and drinkable, not too heavy, great for pre-dinner or appetizers.

Nice burgundy in color with a reddish rim and medium intensity.

Strong fruity nose of blackberries, black currants, plums, cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, chocolates, coffee and black pepper.

Medium bodied with medium acidity and nice legs.

Dry and fruity on the palate with plums, cherries, strawberries, vanilla, licorice, bitter herbs, green vegetables and spices.

Medium finish with soft tannins and black pepper.

An average California Cabernet Sauvignon, that does not have enough in it to be special, but it is drinkable, nonetheless. Smooth and not quite balanced.

A Good party wine, not offensive, and needs 20 minutes to open up.

Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months.

13.8% alcohol by volume.
