Accessed by a coravin over a year ago, finally pulled the cork today. Notice the 13.2% abv but this isn't lightweight at all. Dense bing and rainier cherry, pluot, and confected raspberry, with an herbal, slightly stemmy finish that is very elegant. This is what Oregon was thinking about when they said they could make wine like Burgundy (though it's not trying to be Burgundy, which is key) — 9 years ago
The perfect companion to a classic summer dish—Salade Niçoise. The
Terrebrune Bandol Rosé is one of the more winsome, elegant rosés I've tasted this year. Primarly composed of Mourvèdre grown in blue Trias limestone soils, it is the minerality that really shines, along with breezy notes of alpine strawberries, raspberries, white peach and Rainier cherries. It is drier and more refined on the palate than the nose belies, with freshness, energy and acidic verve all dancing 'round a pronounced vein of chalk. — 9 years ago

tastes real good after a Rainier summit! — 9 years ago
Effusive red fruits and tobacco. Soft and elegant raspberries and Rainier cherries. Best of all, it's one of the least expensive wines they produce. — 9 years ago
Black cherry cola with dirty mushrooms, soft tannins and fresh Rainier cherries. Opened up nicely with decanting, worth the time. Acidity still present, drink over the next 3 yrs. — 9 years ago
Rainier cherries and watermelon. Refreshing and easy drinking. — 10 years ago
2012 vintage. Medium bodied. Bubble gum, orange zest, forest floor, Rainier cherry in the nose. Cherry, plummy, cedar flavors on a solid finish. Pretty. If someone was looking for a MOR (middle of the road) pinot to exemplify the current state of Oregon pinot affairs to a pinot newb, they could do a heckuva lot worse. — 8 years ago
100% Pinot Noir, yet very pale yellow-green colored. Rainier cherry, golden apple, chalk, and an intense spray of purple flowers. The florality lingers into the gently nutty finish. Intriguing and delicious. — 9 years ago
The start to any great afternoon. — 9 years ago
Striking burgundy. Rainier cherries dominated the palate and nose. A lot, I repeat, a lot of acid. I think this is a bottle that's going to be remarkable in 10 years time. — 9 years ago
Delicious. My new Rainier. Refreshing. — 10 years ago

Vincent '15 Pinot Noir (Ribbon Ridge) - 13.1%
Appearance: Cloudy, magenta, medium light body
Nose: Spicy strawberry rhubarb
Taste: Soft initially with spicy jammy red fruits, rhubarb, strawberry, Rainier cherry, and some earthy loamy notes. Very mild tartness on the back end with good structure and mild tannins
Pop n' pour, drank over an hour or so and improved over time. First Vincent wine, and look forward to trying the Chardonnay, Blanc and Gamay - for the price this is a beauty that shows character of the Willamette finesse and soft, earthy subtlety. Pairing wasn't very well thought out, but we drank with a basil bechamel sauce over roasted cauliflower rice and ground veal and it worked surprisingly well. — 8 years ago
