Dark and heavy looking in the glass. Especially for a Barbera. Lots o fruit in the mouth but, smooth as Prince's silk sheets. — 8 years ago
Needs a 3 hours to open up, but very nice when it does. Very well balanced, not too dry, classic Oregon Pinot. — 8 years ago
2013: 68% Semillon. Light nose, but great broad and fresh palate. Lightly creamy, very fresh. Light pfruit. — 9 years ago

Always been my favorite from bear republic. So tasty. — 7 years ago
Similar body style to a typical North Coast Pinot Noir. Strawberry, Bing cherry, black tea, cocoa powder, and forest floor. Despite it being a GSM blend (heavy on the Grenache at 68%), this will have more appeal as an alternative for Pinot Noir fans than it will for Rhone buffs. — 8 years ago
Dark and tasty — 8 years ago
Excellent DIPA, big tropical and citrus malts, for a double, it drinks so smooth, cannot taste the ABV at all, taste profile is similar to Stone's " Enjoy By" but not as big fresh hopped, but close, when fresh, This is Beer Republic's Crown Jewel IPA, so if you are like me and love their other beers, Racer 5, Racer X, you will love this — 9 years ago
Understated and beautiful... — 7 years ago
Smokey and a bit spicy, very different than the '68 — 8 years ago
Nice wine! Nose of cherry, cedar, leather, mocha with nice spice and dusty tannins.. This was the groups favorite of the BV lineup. Very similar to the great 68. — 9 years ago
The 2006 is 68% Cab Sauv, 20% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, and 2% Cab Franc. Wonderful herbaceousness after being open for 3+ hours. — 9 years ago
