I really like this champagne. Crisp, fresh, certain aroma but not too rich. Good for matching with dishes. Not destruct the foods. Want to drink this as daily champagne. — 11 years ago

Fruity and lyrical. Nice with pesto and tomato pasta. Would be good in its own too. — 6 years ago
Citrus, light, hint of tang on finish. More full bodies than a French style wine. — 6 years ago
Funky yet light and fruity. — 8 years ago
Raventos i Blanc was founded in 1986 by Josep-Maria Raventos, a member of the Codorníu family, produces a majority of very nice sparklers, makes a few nice still wines. Pale yellow with stone fruit aromas and mineral notes. On the palate apple and lemon flavors with savory minerality on a lingering finish. Very nice value. Tasting Sample. — 9 years ago

The dryness, tannins & acidity of this wine paired well with braised short ribs. The ribs were accompanied by polenta & salad with Meyer Lemon vinaigrette. Very important pairing note - balancing acidity to cut richness but still give a pleasant mouth - feel. 2006 vintage - Floral notes weren't dominant for us. — 10 years ago
2012 vintage. Funky nose, but fruit is bright with amazing mouthfeel. Total steal. — 11 years ago
