Rich aromas of caramel and raisins, light on the palate but round, with raisins and figs and the perfect level of sweetness. From our trip to Portugal at the end of 2018. — 7 months ago
Really nice blend of Port varietals. — 8 months ago
Enjoyable Spanish wine, all in our group enjoyed it. — 3 years ago
Sight: Completely opaque, blood red, slight tawny. On nose: fruit forward, tobacco. On mouth: very smooth, full bodied, was difficult to taste fruits but strong oak and earthy presence. Might not have been at correct temperature. — 3 months ago
Baga normaal gesproken pas na 10jr te drinken. Deze gemaakt voor jong. Niepoort familie. Prachtige geparfumeerde geur. Doet denken aan Nebbiolo in de geur, smaak in line. — 4 months ago

Dark red purple. Inviting nose and medium full, fruit-forward (for a European) palate of blueberry-blackberry compote. Bright medium acidity and medium minus tannins that mostly assert back-palate. Dark and slightly bitter finish (Touriga Nacional showing). Fine example of Portuguese non-Porto red. Ready for hearty entrées like roasted beef or pork. Drink now through 2028. — 3 months ago
