Almost all Garnacha with small amounts of Carignan & Grenache Blanc. For me, Grenache heavy wines show best when they pick up weight with air. This remains nimble & finessed, yet shows good power & structure on the raspberry & herbal palate. Love what’s happening in Spain these days. — 5 years ago

2014 still a bit young in early 2017 — 8 years ago
I’m not sure why the app calls this Zinfandel a Syrah, but whatever. The nose is ripe red fruit, raspberry, dark cherry, and strawberry jam. More red fruit on the palate with a nice blend of oak, black tea, and cola. High acid, tannins, and alcohol, but, hey, it blends. Young and tart after six years, but not overpowering, this wine could make me a zin fan, maybe, someday. — 6 years ago
Drinking the 2011 in 2017. Strong tannic nose. Light color, more like a Pinot then a Cab. Slightly cloudy with thin legs. Very nice flavor, rich with sweet berries with an earthy finish. — 8 years ago
