Solid. Would like to drink again in 2 or 3 years. A bit overpriced — 9 years ago

Anniversary dinner with Brian at Red Pony- 5/17/16 — 10 years ago
It would be an insult to just call it citrus-ish or butter like. It's so far the best Chardonnay I ever tasted in Napa. It has a clear persona: a young healthy beautiful woman under the Californian sun, with long stretching pony tail. And she's in love. — 11 years ago
Reductive with typical Oz show pony struck match / flint. Pear and golden apple with toast and mineral. Terrific complexity and length. — 11 years ago
Opened this one a few hours before dinner, but still rushed the pony a bit. Time to lay down the rest of the case and wait 5 to 8 years. — 12 years ago
Had this one at Red Pony in July with Brian. Great choice! — 12 years ago
Holy cranberries. This is just prancing. Have been wanting to check this out for a while, exceeding expectations for sure. — 12 years ago
Okay, nothing to write home about. — 13 years ago
Bought a case of these at release price for the sole purpose of flipping since some folks are willing to pony up for Spectators #1 of the year. But curiosity got the better of me. Had to see what a # 1 $95.00 wine taste like, you have to be kidding me😳😳, # 1 ?!!
I thought Parkers 96 for Caymus 40th was ridiculous, this takes the cake, totally lame wine — 9 years ago

Okay day two is definitely better for this bottle, but still can’t see $100.00 & # 1 wine

Fresh, light, and tasty ; thirst beer — 12 years ago
Stunning!! I paid hard for this. And shared hard. And it was totally worth it. But honestly, I'd have liked to be in Telluride, in front of a fire, or on the coast by a bonfire, sipping this over a few hours. Measuring the evolution in the presence of oxygen. Paired with barbecued oysters from the Coast Cafe in Bolinas -which wouldn't have necessarily paired well, but God DAMN if I'm drinking this shit next to a fire, I want those oysters. And, I want a pony while I'm wishing for stuff. — 13 years ago
The only thing that could have made this bottle any better is a little bit more time. This stunning DRC RSV was singing perfectly and all notes were endlessly prancing on our palates. The spice notes were balanced perfectly with a finish that lasted 2 minutes!!! Everything that we’ve come to expect from this stellar winery. Thank you Dave for sharing this gorgeously hedonistic beauty with us! Our Glass is now empty but the memory of this evening will last forever! — 9 years ago

I’ll trade you a 3 liter of GTO for a bottle,Prancing through the Sardinian hills... even though not from Sardinia...Like the misted dew drops falling on the green grass in spring Bubbly and bright... flattened out. Wet and served at a perfect temperature. held up well to food. Like a Pinot noir. Sommelier loved mt etna wine.

Picked this one up at TJs today. Naturally, I was initially very skeptical but after allowing this Nero time to breathe, what was a one trick pony actually turned out to be quite an enjoyable wine. Full of soft tannins, this wine is incredibly spicy with a nice jammy finish. The new #qprsuperstar on the block. At this price point, I expect a few more of these to be gracing my wine racks in the near future. — 10 years ago
Full fruit punch up front, then fades quickly away. I've seen people compare this to northern rhone, but it lacks that earthy complexity. One trick pony, but the trick is dam good. — 10 years ago
This is my favorite by far from Sanctuary. — 11 years ago
Further Copenhagen #cheninigans. Bracing, angular, pretty pony juice! — 12 years ago
